Delight Patisserie
Dog Treat Packaging Design

Delight Patisserie is a bakery known for beautifully designed custom shortbread cookies. For the launch of its new dog treat collection, the brand needed packaging that felt playful, premium, and connected to its charming patisserie identity.

The goal was to create a memorable packaging illustration that would appeal to dog owners, stand out online and on the shelf, and turn a simple bag of treats into a thoughtful gift for a beloved pet.

The brief was to create a detailed Parisian tea party scene featuring dogs, elegant tableware, and recognizable architectural elements inspired by the Eiffel Tower and traditional Haussmann rooftops.

(01) creative concept

The main idea was to combine the elegance of a French patisserie with the joyful personality of a pet brand.

Instead of creating packaging that looked like a traditional dog food product, I developed a whimsical illustrated scene where a group of dogs enjoy an elegant tea party in Paris.

This concept helped the product feel more emotional, giftable, and memorable while staying connected to Delight Patisserie’s existing world of beautifully decorated baked goods.

(02) character illustration

The dogs became the main focus of the packaging, so each character needed to feel expressive and full of personality.

I created a varied group of dogs with different breeds, poses, and interactions. Some characters are enjoying the treats, while others are communicating with each other around the table, making the composition feel like a small illustrated story.

(03) parisian visual direction

To support the storytelling, I designed a romantic Paris-inspired environment with an outdoor tea table, decorative tableware, flowers, pastries, and architectural details in the background.

The Eiffel Tower and Haussmann-style rooftops make the location immediately recognizable, while the soft pastel colour palette adds a refined patisserie feeling.

The illustration combines warm pink, cream, blue, green, and golden tones, creating a bright and cheerful visual identity that feels both playful and premium.
